It is important to order the proper size to ensure the maximum benefit from the Vertebral Brace.

How do I know my size?

Simply measure around the belly button to get your size. If you don't have a flexible measuring tape at home, follow these instructions: Find some string, kitchen twine, shoe laces, or even dental floss. Wrap around the widest part of your mid-section and then lay the string flat on the floor or a table. Measure the length of the string with a ruler or tape measure. Find your measurement in the size curve below:

Small: 25 inches to 32 inches

Medium: 33 inches to 38 inches

Large: 39 inches to 46 inches

X-Large: 47 inches to 58 inches
